Chapter XII - A Personal Crisis

This section covers Rolf's bout with cirrhosis of the liver which almost took his life. It is to the credit of his wife Patricia and the superlative medical care provided by one of the most respected physicians in this field that today he is living a normal life with virtually no residual effects of the condition.

His wife's total dedication and support during the recovery period were certainly instrumental.
